"Lovely arrival to hotel greeted by lobby staff who were very helpful,asked us where we were thinking of going we told the gentleman behind the desk and he gave us directions for later which helped us,room was spacious clean n tidy Lovely fluffy towels and dressing gowns, breakfast next morning was plentiful of all various food staff in the restaurant were helpful telling us where the different foods where"

"-The hotel is in a good location about as close as you can get to the the city centre. -The staff were friendly and helpful at checking-in & check-out. -The room was clean and tidy the only issue was the shower unit leaked due to a bad seal on the door other than that I had no issues at all. -The breakfast was good quality and there was a decent selection of food to choose from."

"Hotel is lobby and bar area are beautiful, slight issue with our room paid for a superior double but on entering room I realised we had an adjoining door to another room which was occupied by other guests didn’t like this idea at all ,the room was very small with the bed up against the wall nothing superior about the room ,the lady at reception confirmed it was infact a superior room but was happy to change me a better room , the location of hotel is perfect , I would stay here again"

The hotel itself is beautiful, full of character and history, with stunning grounds that are immaculately maintained. The peaceful setting made it the perfect place to relax and unwind, while also providing an excellent base for exploring the surrounding area. The staff were exceptional throughout our stay. Every member of the team was friendly, welcoming, professional and eager to help, making us feel valued from the moment we arrived. Their attention to detail and genuine hospitality really enhanced our experience.The food was outstanding. Both breakfast and evening meals were of a very high standard, offering excellent quality, great flavour and attentive service. Dining at the hotel was one of the highlights of our stay.The location is ideal for exploring Warwickshire. We found it perfectly situated for visits to nearby attractions including Stratford-upon-Avon and Warwick, both of which are within easy reach. There are also some excellent local pubs nearby, providing further opportunities to enjoy the local area and its hospitality.Overall, Billesley Manor Hotel & Spa exceeded our expectations in every respect. Between the wonderful staff, beautiful surroundings, excellent food and convenient location, it provided the perfect short break.We would not hesitate to return, highly recommended"
