"Perhaps outside of summertime our experience would have been different, but unfortunately it was difficult to enjoy this property without having air conditioning during the summer months. Our room was sweltering both nights, even with 2 fans constantly on and the window open. At night when the temperature cooled down, the common areas were comfortable yet our room still felt like a sauna, making it difficult to sleep. There is no lift or doorman to help with luggage through the gravel driveway...

"Arriving in the charming village and then pulling up to Buckland Manor was a dream! Every detail has been seen to with lovely staff, well furnished rooms, gorgeous peaceful grounds. We could pop on many walking paths right from the door and roam the countryside. One wouldn't need to leave this property for days with every need met beautifully. Exquisite!"
