"Great location, 20 minutes from Sedona. Cabin was rustic and had all the necessities. There were also some very thoughtful items like to-go cups and sandwich bags. The cabin was extremely clean. I also have no idea what the other reviews about the hot water mean- the water got plenty hot in the shower or otherwise. You can hear others from the house next door but it’s not loud."

"It is a nice little place, I donated a spacula as there was not one. Outside lite was burned out and the lite switch at the head of the bed did not turn off the lite. Had to unscrew the lite bulb. Well kept grounds. Internet was not good and for the price per day, was not free either."

"The house was clean and the communication was great. The only improvement could be in the kitchen and lighting. They could improve the kitchen utensils. It was a bit challenging when cooking meals. Lamps ands brighter light bulbs would help. We did not use the pool or hot tub but they seemed to be in good shape. "

"We were here in Cottonwood for a funeral, so the last thing we wanted were problems with the house. But the house was so warm and welcoming, even more than the pictures suggested, the indoor and outdoor spaces offering options personal or social moments. Really appreciated the cleanliness, coffee, utensils and all the ‘little’ things we didn’t have to worry about under these circumstances. Plus, the host was so attentive and responsive. So thankful! "
