"Great location, 20 minutes from Sedona. Cabin was rustic and had all the necessities. There were also some very thoughtful items like to-go cups and sandwich bags. The cabin was extremely clean. I also have no idea what the other reviews about the hot water mean- the water got plenty hot in the shower or otherwise. You can hear others from the house next door but it’s not loud."

"It is a nice little place, I donated a spacula as there was not one. Outside lite was burned out and the lite switch at the head of the bed did not turn off the lite. Had to unscrew the lite bulb. Well kept grounds. Internet was not good and for the price per day, was not free either."

"I had a great stay! The apartment was exactly what I needed for the 4 days I visited. The kitchen does not have a lot of resources, so if you're looking to cook and utilize that area a lot I would maybe choose somewhere else but for me it was perfect!! They had a toaster oven which was useful. Checking in and out was so easy and they were very flexible and responsive. 30 minute drive from Sedona, and the drive is beautiful so it feels way faster!"

"We were here in Cottonwood for a funeral, so the last thing we wanted were problems with the house. But the house was so warm and welcoming, even more than the pictures suggested, the indoor and outdoor spaces offering options personal or social moments. Really appreciated the cleanliness, coffee, utensils and all the ‘little’ things we didn’t have to worry about under these circumstances. Plus, the host was so attentive and responsive. So thankful! "
