"Let me start by saying that our welcome to the hotel was excellent for our 7 day stay. We were greeted by the friendliest lady. I didn't get her name, but she made our welcome amazing. Long blonde hair originally from Belgium. She greeted us with a glass of Prosecco. A big shout out to Rafu who made every morning he worked a great start to the day. "Hotel was fab so central the start of the royal mile, a fab location, lovely pool area and our room had great views 7th floor, fabulous restaurant across from PS4 called the Bank pre book would recommend, a fantastic holiday 6 days."

"Such a beautiful hotel with gorgeous facilities. The staff members go above and beyond for you at this hotel! It unfortunately is not walking distance into the main centres however the hotel phoned a taxi daily which they arrived within minutes! The only annoyance we had was on the final day a staff member knocked on our door and walked straight in whilst I was topless getting ready for the day. My only feedback was to allow somebody to answer before walking into their room Beautiful hotel...

"Overall, a very pleasant weekend. However, as previously mentioned, the room was disappointing. It was on the first floor, and very close to the main pool. There were a large number using the pool, which inevitably caused a lot of noise. On checking out, the staff advised us to email them next time, and they will do their best to allocate a better room."
