"Fantastic holiday. Complex clean, staff all friendly and plenty of restaurants within a max 20 min walk away. We stayed 12 days and didn’t eat at the same place twice. We managed the walk to los abrigos in 15 minutes with a 7&10 year old. We used taxis for beach days, water park and money world. Our 2 bedroom apartment was immaculate and plenty of space. 2 bathrooms, aircon throughout and a lovely sea view. Wouldn’t hesitate to return and already looking at next year! "

Housekeeping did a great job keeping everything fresh and tidy throughout our stay. 🍽️ Food: The buffet offered a nice variety of dishes, with fresh options for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. There was something for everyone – from international favorites to delicious Canarian specialties. 💦 Aquapark & Facilities: The Aquapark was a hit – especially for families and kids. "Anybody reading this take stock, booked this hotel on a quick break to Tenerife. The hotel was excellent, Location walking distance to beach, shopping, restaurants. Management were very professional, polite, helpful. Catering staff took pride in their hospitality making sure food was presented and cooked to a high standard Cleaning staff who were always extremely busy in hotel and accommodation, pool and bar deserved a special mention. 35 years travelling hotels with business and pleasure, far more than most people could imagine this hotel provides everything you need. Some major chain hotels in uk could do with a week holiday here to understand customer focus. Thank you I will return."
