Newly renovated apartment with private terrace and garden in front of the pool, one olimpica and another one for children. It is next to the beach, supermarket, nautical, marina, sports club, pharmacy, medical center ... It is a quiet area but with all the amenities. It has a room with 2 beds, dresser and built-in wardrobe. A full bathroom with large shower and deluxe double sofa bed in the living room with modern spacious furniture, stereo and 32-inch TV. The American kitchen is very complete with dishwasher, plates, oven, microwave, fridge, thermos and all the necessary utensils. Air conditioning, the washing machine is in the storage room with a key under the terrace with the mop, hanger, broom, torches with citronella oil to drink something in the garden terrace without disturbing the children in your room. Also a walk away is the natural park of the Irta mountain range full of virgin coves and ideal for hiking, bikes, quads. The area has many nautical activities, horse riding, paddle tennis, gym, children's cars .. In front of the islands are Columbretes paradise of diving, snorkeling ... Including change of sheets, cloths and towels. No extra charge for air conditioning

El apartamento está estupendo.Limpio y nuevo y con todas las comodidades La Terracita ideal para comer,cenar y el jardíncito una pocholada y un desahogo Piscina y urbanización estupendas Ha sido un placer y sin duda que si volvemos a Alcocever ,nos encantaría repetir

As I say, very clean and well equipped. We had a very warm welcome from the owners and they were so friendly. Any problems sorted straight away! We very much intend to go back at some stage! I would highly recommend this apartment and they also have a 2 bedroom apartment for anyone that needs extra room. There's just one complaint that is NOT Warinkas fault! We felt that the pool closed too early in the year (end of September) and the weather was still good first week of October.
