Super cute guest house with great attention to detail. The Mountain View and pool were great. Huge TV and great sound system unexpected in a rental. This is a very safe area of town, check in/out was easy. Host is extremely nice.

This is in a lovely neighborhood with views of the Sandia's and easy access to all points in the city. It would be an especially good location for the balloon fiesta due to the area's view of the west mesa. I enjoyed the off-street, private parking and secure feel of the area. The hostess and her family were so welcoming and friendly, considerate and flexible. I appreciated the cleanliness and comfort of the cabana.

We had a lovely 9 days stay in this studio with 3 Adults. Kitchen had everything we needed for meals. Plenty of space for 3 people and comfy bed and futon. Favorite part was definitely the Owners being personable along with pool and hot tub and fire pit, great views of the mountains! One of my favorite VRBO experiences, definitely will reserve again when back in Albuquerque if available. Already recommended to Family and Friends.

I was so comfortable staying at this little cabana! The location was absolutely perfect. The hospitality was unlike any hotel. The host has thought of everything from fresh flowers, coffee and snacks, complimentary wine, nightlights, towels, literally everything! I would've hugged this lady like my own mother! I WILL stay again if I get the chance.

The place is beautiful. You have access to a pool, hot tub, and fire pit. Annette is a wonderful host. Always making sure you have what you need. My kids enjoyed hanging out here in the evenings. It felt safe and relaxing. I'll be sure to visit again if I'm in Albuquerque! Thank you!

It was Great, couldn’t ask for more of a better place to stay while in Albuquerque, NM. The place was exactly how it was listed with pictures as described on the VRBO site. Met the Owners of the Studio very personable, helpful with everyone & everything. Replied back quickly if we had questions. Definitely recommend this VRBO Studio to Family and Friends. Will stay again if available on next NM trip to Albuquerque.

Perfect size for the two of us, with plenty of room for bikes and ski gear, as well as lots of drawer and closet space. Ground level. Secure. Bright. Nice kitchen and eating area. Fresh flowers and treats!
