Villa Laguna is an elegant four bedroom villa, perfect for a comfortable stay in a privileged location. Located in the prestigious area of São Rafael, close to beaches, restaurants and bars, this property combines comfort with contemporary style.



The spacious open plan living and dining area offers a welcoming atmosphere, ideal for socialising and relaxing.



On the ground floor there is a double bedroom and a bathroom with shower, providing comfort and privacy for guests.



On the first floor there are two twin bedrooms and one double bedroom en suite with a bathtub. There is also an additional bathroom with a bathtub, ensuring added convenience for all.



The fully equipped kitchen allows meals to be prepared in a practical and comfortable way.



On the lower level, an elegant games room provides entertainment with table tennis and a snooker table, ideal for enjoyable moments during your stay.



Outside, a covered terrace with wicker furniture leads to the heated swimming pool available at an additional cost and a barbecue area, perfect for outdoor dining and leisure moments.



Villa Laguna is just a few minutes drive from Albufeira, including the marina, the Old Town and the famous avenue with restaurants, bars, shops and nightlife. Nearby golf courses make this property an excellent choice for relaxing holidays in the Algarve.



The changeover day for this property is Thursday (however, there may be flexibility in low season).

If your flights are already booked or your dates are fixed and do not match the property's changeover day, please send us an inquiry before booking to confirm if your dates can be accommodated.



This property is self-catered. For your convenience, welcome food baskets can be booked in advance (additional cost).



Pool heating is always an added value for your holiday, especially when traveling with children. When the pool heating is activated, the water temperature will always be 5ºC to 8ºC higher than it would be without heating.



Renting a car is not essential for your stay, given the property’s location. However, if you wish, we will be happy to assist with the car rental. We can also arrange transfers if needed.



Group deposit: € 175 per guest (payment by credit/debit card).

From the 9th to the 11th guest, an additional fee will be charged, which includes additional beds.
