Booking conditions:
- House dedicated to family stays with children
- Stictement 5 adults maximum (2 rooms) and two children (sofa bed).
- We will not welcome groups of friends to organize parties or festive events because of respect for the neighborhood and the property.

Very nice fully furnished duplex, in a secure modern complex, ideally located only 20 m from the beach of Olhos d'Agua, in a typical old fishing village, in the district of Albufeira.
The private condominium is located in the pedestrian street which leads to the beach, so it’s ideal for children.
It combines the peace of a quiet place and the proximity of all the conveniences: restaurants, supermarket, bakery, pharmacy,... and is not far from golfs (unless 10 min by foot) or the nightlife of Albufeira (6 km).
The complex offers a swimming pool and a separated kids splash pool, a lift, an intercom, a closed covered parking lot (you will have 2 individual places).
The 3-rooms apartment is on the 2nd floor, very well equipped and furnished, fully air-conditioned, it offers very beautiful internal and outside areas :
- a twin bedroom in suite with a private terrace, including 1 double bed 140 and 1 single bed 90 with a private bathroom equipped with a bathtub, a washbasin, a bidet and toilet,
- a bedroom with a double bed 150, a cupboard,
- a shower-room separated with a shower cubicle, a washbasin and toilet,
- a perfectly equipped kitchen : combined fridge offering a freezer with 3 drawers, oven, sticks vitreous ceramic, microwaves, dishwasher, washing machine, coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster, iron and ironing board...
- a dining room corner with comfortable table for 8 persons,
- a lounge space with a sofa-bed offering a comfortable sleeping around 140 for 2 adults, Satellite Television,
- a spacious West exposed terrace with a sea and beach view, equipped with table, chairs and deckchairs,
- 1 large terrace with direct access side swimming pool, equipped with a barbecue and a private outside shower.

Hidden Gem

This apartment is wonderful, our whole experience from start to finish was flawless. The apartment is large, modern, clean, quiet, just everything you could want. Well equipped kitchen, 2 great outdoor areas. Lovely pool. Great location with beach just metres away, shops, bars and restaurants on your doorstep. Host was a dream, answering all my questions, arranging transfers, getting some shopping in and suggesting trips etc. we will definitely return.

Perfect for our needs

We’re so glad to found this lovely, spacious apartment - bright, spotlessly clean and perfectly located - and particularly enjoyed the outside space. Really conveniently placed for a great selection of lovely restaurants and cafes with super friendly staff, and handy for supermarkets too - the only thing we can fault is that we didn’t stay long enough! And thank you so much, Anne, for giving us such a warm welcome - we really appreciate all your help, especially with the baby. Our first time in Olhos d’Agua, but definitely not our last!

Amazing location

Got to say this was one of the best holiday's we have had, we have stayed in the area a couple of times but this was by far the best accommodation we have stayed in and the location was amazing being so close to the beach. Luckely rhe drainage is being sorted soon as due to high amounts of rain while we were there the drain in the back blocked and it was flooded for 2 days meaning we couldnt use it but other than that was a perfect stay. On a personal level could have done with the beds being slightly softer but that is just our preference.

Fabulous

Great apartment in a perfect central location with lovely outdoor space and great views. We were two friends so the separate bedrooms on different floors with our own bathroom each was perfect. Everything was provided and the apartment was clean and very comfortable. We ate out all the time but would be fine if you wanted to self cater. A couple of minor negatives - the stairs are fairly steep and the shower room to the upstairs bedroom was very compact (with little storage space) so maybe not suitable for anyone with mobility issues, same would apply to the swimming pool - lots of steps up to it. The swimming pool area was a bit disappointing (albeit with nice views) there were limited beds / shades and the grass area was wet and muddy. The other minor issue were the lights in the hallway to/from the apartment that were on sensors but failed to come on straight away so you were walking in the dark! Overall a great stay and would happily stay again.

we had an amazing stay, and it started with Ann meeting us as we stepped out of the taxi. She took the time to show us the condo, and how things works...which was a nice change from other arrivals. The condo is newer, and in great condition. Location is amazing, with beach close by. Many restaurant options all walking distance of the condo. We hope to return at some point in the future.

Nice located flat

We had a really warm, uncomplicated welcome. The flat is nice located at the peripherie of Albufeira. There are a few shops and restaurants directly downstairs. The flat has a nice roof terrace with a great view. A few little things should be fixed and I would recommend new pans, but at all we had a great stay. Our Kids loved the ice at the aqua downstairs! The live music in the bars around was sometimes really loud and they played long. The sleeping rooms are located backside, there it was not that loud, but still to hear. The beach is nice but small. In the times of flood there is just a small piece of sand remaining. So we often drove to praia da gale with the kids.

Schöne Wohnung direkt am Meer

Unser Urlaub war ein Traum. Zwei Wochen haben wir zu viert in Olhos de Agua verbracht, zwei Erwachsene und zwei Kinder. Die Wohnung lebt absolut von ihrer Lage: umgeben von zahlreichen Restaurants und Bars, 20 Meter vom Strand, mit recht großem Gemeinschaftspool und eigener Garage, wirklich super. Hervorzuheben ist auf jeden Fall auch die Kommunikation mit Anne, die sich für die Eigentümerin um die Wohnung kümmert. Check-in und Check-out haben wir mit ihr individuell absprechen können und alle sonstigen Fragen wurden umgehend beantwortet. Vielen Dank nochmal dafür! Bei der tollen Lage muss man sich aber darüber im Klaren sein, dass viel los ist. Die Bars in der unmittelbaren Nachbarschaft spielen ab 21:00 Uhr Livemusik, die zwar um 0:00 Uhr endet, wer aber vorher schlafen möchte, hat es schwer. Die Bucht ist nicht so groß und immer gut besucht. Man findet ein Plätzchen, aber gerade bei Hochwasser kann es schon mal eng werden. Die Wohnung ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht, drei funktionierende Klimaanlagen helfen auch bei hohen Temperaturen die Räume schnell zu kühlen. Durch ein paar Kleinigkeiten könnte man den Wohlfühlfaktor dieser Wohnung aber noch um ein vielfaches steigern und die Gäste noch zufriedener machen. Insgesamt können wir die Wohnung auf jeden Fall aber weiterempfehlen!

Fabulous central apartment near the beach

The perfect apartment in the perfect location for our family holiday. We are return visitors to Olhos D’Agua and will definitely try to repeat book the apartment. The location has lots of options for food and drinks, and the apartment is close enough to the beach that you can go back for lunch before heading back to the beach. In the evenings sitting out having a glass of wine or a beer on the large balcony looking over the bars and restaurants below is idyllic, and although there is a hustle and bustle below when you close the sliding patio doors the noise is unnoticeable. The apartment is well appointed, lovely decorated, clean and no fuss. Anne was fantastic with great communication with us from the moment we booked right through till we left. Thank you Anne! Wonderful apartment - close to beach

Friendly check-in and close to all amenities and beach. Would highly recommend for adults and older children, but not young children to due stairs. Would definitely book again!

Great Unit and Location

We really enjoyed this place and location; we will try to get back. Just a hint to those coming in by plane or Americans that I think have different expectations. There are no pool towels, we had to buy pool towels, they give us one bath and hand towel each (based on persons on reservation), not all beds were made up so I had to make up one of the beds we decided to use, which was the one I think they thought we would not use. There is no bar or dish soap. Tiny bit of washing powder and some dishwasher tabs, no roll of paper towels. So pack it in or buy it when you get there, all this was not a deal breaker, but it is different than American VRBO expectations. Again, we did really love the unit, location, parking, beach and vibe of the area.

Perfect for retirement!

The place is exactly as described. Photos are true. Loved the balcony with the partial view of the ocean. Very lively at night though but it all calms down at midnight, and once you put the window screens down you hardly hear from the bedrooms. No basics are included like salt, pepper, hand soap etc. so you have to buy everything. We found it quite unusual and hard as we were only staying for 5 nights so did not appreciate it. If you go by car get a small one as the parking is extremely small and hard to get into. We would definitely go back though as we loved it!

Strandurlaub

Die Wohnung war schön und hell, nah am Strand und der Pool auch süß. Supermärkte und Restaurants waren gut zu Fuß zu erreichen.

Another great holiday

This is the second time we have stayed in this lovely apartment and it was fabulous again. Perfect location and we particularly enjoyed proximity to great restaurants, beach and use of the pool. The huge balcony is an added bonus and we were able to sit out and enjoy the great view every day. Anne was extremely welcoming, helpful and, very responsive - kindly assisting us to arrange airport transfers which was much appreciated. Can’t wait to return again soon :-)

Bom dia Muito bem localizado O facto de ser perto da praia danos um outro conforto ,a praia et pequena mas tivemos sorte de ter uma semana de muito bom tempo … Restaurantes diversos no rês do chão do apartamento… Recomendo Se vier pro ano se for possível voltaremos para aqui D Ana super simpática 😉 até a próxima

tres bon sejour

Séjour très agréable conformité de la location de très bon gout à proximité de la plage des restaurants etc.....Le moins serait l'accueil fait par la femme de ménage qui nous a peu informée et un petit rafraichissement dans le réfrigérateur aurait été le bienvenu lors de notre arrivée. Le reste parfait M RONFAUTX
