A spacious apartment, designed within high standards of comfort and quality. Fully equipped, with modern and functional decor and excellent natural lighting thanks to the generous balcony that surrounds the living room and bedrooms.
It stands out for its balance between quality, price and excellent location.

Located in Herdade dos Salgados, Vila das Lagoas is a private condominium with 24-hour security service, next to the Golf Course and Praia dos Salgados, where you will find the ideal environment for your family holidays.

This apartment is on the 1st floor, has a lift and comprises entrance hall, living and dining room, kitchenette, 2 bedrooms, one of them a suite, 2 bathrooms with bathtub, balcony and has private parking with parking space on floor -1.

The living room has 2 environments, the sitting room and the dining room. In the sitting area you will find a sofa that converts into a double bed and is equipped with TV and air conditioning. Between the living area and the Kitchenette there is a dining table.

The kitchenette is very functional and fully equipped with Zanussi appliances, which guarantee the quality of your meals.
When not in use, the Kitchenette can be completely closed off with sliding doors for greater space comfort.

The bedrooms, one suite with a double bed and the other with two single beds, have doors to the balcony, air conditioning and built-in wardrobes. This apartment has two bathrooms with bathtub, one that supports the living room and one of the bedrooms and another private one inserted in the suite.

The balcony offers outdoor furniture, with a table and chairs to enjoy an outdoor breakfast with view to the pool and garden.

The capacity of this apartment is 6 adults. For the little ones we have available a travel cot and high chair. Please note that the cot does not include bed linen.

A private condominium close to the beach, perfect for families, also offers a range of leisure facilities such as restaurants and bars, an 18-hole golf course and the Salgados nature reserve.

The most popular common areas are the gardens and swimming pools, it has leisure areas such as the 7 swimming pools with snack bar, it also has a children's pool located right in front of the bar, so parents can relax while they control their children playing in the pool, it also has huge lawned gardens, with olive trees that create natural shadows.

The swimming pools are distributed throughout the development and are a great complement to spending the late afternoon after a day at the beach, it's a delicious feeling and the water temperature is normally around 24º, satisfying the coldest ones.

The garden, with good sun exposure and equipped with sun loungers and parasols, turns out to be the ideal environment for tanning and relaxing. Given its extensive area, it is also the perfect place for children to play and run around.

The apartment is delivered with sheets applied to the beds, face and bath towels for each guest.

Reservations made through Sales Channels and the VRBO group are subject to our confirmation.

We do not accept reservations from people under 18 years old. Bookings for people between the ages of 18 and 25 will be asked for a deposit of €300, which will be returned after checking that the apartment is in good condition. If case of damage, the cost of its repair or replacement will be deducted from the deposit.

Gostamos muito do apartamento e da simpatia de qualquer um dos responsáveis com quem falamos, via telefone. A localização do apartamento é excelente e a cozinha muito bem equipada, com tudo quanto é necessário. Poderemos e acredito que tenhamos tido azar, mas quer o sofá quer o cadeirão vermelho (comprido) estavam com mau cheiro. Penso que tenha sido o único ponto apontar, de resto 5 estrelas.

Apartamento "impróprio para consumo"...

O apartamento tem falhas que justificam o título do comentário. O sofá da sala é, de forma inequívoca, a pior peça do mobiliário, que de forma geral deixa muito a desejar: - só há 4 cadeiras na mesa de jantar, - os quartos não têm as mesas de cabeceira necessárias nem a iluminação para se poder ler na cama, - a 2.ª cama do quarto n.º 2 tem uma dimensão e um colchão inaceitáveis, - a água das banheiras não tem a pressão necessária para um duche. Para além de tudo o acima exposto, o apartamento não dispõe de "net" (hoje em dia absolutamente essencial a quem tem crianças) e foi entregue com o frigorífico a cheirar mal, com um comando da porta da garagem não funcional e sem cortina num dos wc. Em conclusão...uma lástima e um caso típico de exploração condenada a desaparecer num mercado que se diz de qualidade e, em parte, sustenta o País. António Ferrão
