Villa Alegria is the perfect retreat for group or family holidays, located in a peaceful area of Olhos de Água, in Albufeira, just minutes from the beaches and local attractions. This spacious villa combines comfort, privacy, and leisure, offering everything you need for relaxing, carefree days.



The bright and spacious living and dining area invites you to spend quality time together, whether sharing a meal or unwinding at the end of the day with a view of the pool. The warm decor and direct access to the terrace make it the ideal space for creating special memories.



With five well-distributed bedrooms, three doubles, two of which have en suite bathrooms, and two twin rooms, the villa comfortably accommodates all guests. There are also two additional bathrooms, ensuring both practicality and comfort.



The property is adapted for guests with reduced mobility, featuring a ramp for wheelchair access and an accessible bathroom. Separate entrances also allow those who wish to enjoy the nightlife to come and go freely without disturbing others.



The kitchen is spacious and functional, with direct access to the outdoor area where you’ll find a barbecue space, perfect for enjoying relaxed meals with family or friends.



Outside, the large private heatable pool, available at an extra cost, and the jacuzzi, also available as an optional extra, invite you to enjoy the sun and unwind, surrounded by a well-maintained garden where you can relax in the sun or shade.



To complete the experience, the lower level of the house features a games room with a pool table, table football, darts, and ping-pong, offering fun for all ages.



The property is fully fenced and offers private parking with space for several vehicles, ensuring both convenience and security.



Close to beaches, restaurants, and supermarkets, and just a 10-minute drive from Albufeira’s town centre, Villa Alegria strikes the perfect balance between peace, comfort, and entertainment.



The changeover day for this property is Saturday (however, there may be flexibility in low season).

If your flights are already booked or your dates are fixed and do not match the property's changeover day, please send us an inquiry before booking to confirm if your dates can be accommodated.



This property is self-catered. For your convenience, welcome food baskets can be booked in advance (additional cost).



Pool heating is always an added value for your holiday, especially when traveling with children. When the pool heating is activated, the water temperature will always be 5ºC to 8ºC higher than it would be without heating.



The jacuzzi offers an unparalleled wellness experience, perfect for relaxing in complete tranquility and making the most of the special moments of your holiday.



Renting a car is not essential for your stay, given the property’s location. However, if you wish, we will be happy to assist with the car rental. We can also arrange transfers if needed.





Group deposit: € 400 per guest (payment by credit/debit card).



Please note that the occupancy for this property is 10 guests



However, it is possible to accept 4 more guests, who will be accommodated on additional beds.
