Villa Samui is a fantastic property that combines comfort, charm and an excellent location, perfect for a family or friends’ holiday. With a welcoming atmosphere and well-designed spaces, this villa offers unforgettable moments and complete relaxation.



The living and dining area is bright and spacious, creating a comfortable and inviting environment. Large sliding doors provide direct access to the garden and pool area, making it an ideal space to relax, socialize or enjoy peaceful moments with family and friends.



On the ground floor there are four bedrooms: one bedroom with two single beds, one bedroom with two single beds and a bunk bed en suite with shower, one bedroom with two single beds en suite with a bathtub and one bedroom with two single beds en suite with shower. There is also an additional bathroom for extra convenience.



On the first floor there is a bedroom with two single beds en suite with shower and access to a balcony with pool views, providing a private and relaxing space.



The kitchen is fully equipped, offering all the facilities needed to prepare meals easily and comfortably, with a breakfast table for more informal dining.



The exterior of the villa is one of its main highlights, with a private pool, barbecue and an outdoor dining area, perfect for enjoying the sun, the outdoors and leisure time in the garden.



Villa Samui is located in Montechoro, in a convenient area close to all amenities, with easy access to the center of Albufeira, the Strip and the historic Old Town, ideal for exploring the city and enjoying everything Albufeira has to offer.



The changeover day for this property is Saturday (however, there may be flexibility in low season).

If your flights are already booked or your dates are fixed and do not match the property's changeover day, please send us an inquiry before booking to confirm if your dates can be accommodated.



This property is self-catered. For your convenience, welcome food baskets can be booked in advance (additional cost).



Renting a car is not essential for your stay, given the property’s location. However, if you wish, we will be happy to assist with the car rental. We can also arrange transfers if needed.



Group deposit: € 250 per guest (payment by credit/debit card).



Please note that the occupancy for this property is 12 guests
