The bright and spacious living and dining area offers a comfortable and modern atmosphere, ideal for relaxing or spending quality time with family. From here, guests can access furnished balconies, perfect for enjoying the Algarve sun or dining outdoors.



The apartment features two comfortable bedrooms, one with a double bed and another with three single beds. There are also two complete bathrooms, one with a bathtub and shower and another with a separate shower and bathtub, providing maximum comfort during your stay.



The fully equipped kitchen offers everything needed to easily prepare meals at home.



Outside, guests have access to a large communal swimming pool and beautifully maintained gardens, perfect for relaxing and soaking up the Algarve’s pleasant climate.



With an exceptional location in Santa Eulália, Apartment Ipanema 1/3 is just a short walk from the beach, the famous Strip of Albufeira, and a wide selection of restaurants, bars, shops, and supermarkets, making it the perfect choice for an unforgettable holiday in Albufeira.



The changeover day for this property is Saturday (however, there may be flexibility in low season).

If your flights are already booked or your dates are fixed and do not match the property's changeover day, please send us an inquiry before booking to confirm if your dates can be accommodated.



This property is self-catered. For your convenience, welcome food baskets can be booked in advance (additional cost).



Renting a car is not essential for your stay, given the property’s location. However, if you wish, we will be happy to assist with the car rental. We can also arrange transfers if needed.



Group deposit: € 150 per guest (payment by credit/debit card).

From the 6 th guest, an additional fee will be charged, which includes additional beds.
