Het uitzicht is mooi. Appartement heeft met name in het huiskamer gedeelte en nare penetrante muffe geur. Wat gemaskeerd wordt door een cederhout olie geur verspreider. Slaapkamer ging nog wel. Maat ik was er niet met plezier. Verder was er, anders dan aangegeven, geen broodrooster en koffiezetapparaat.

Perfect Holiday Apartment!👌

Second time staying at this spartment, it is well equipped & has everything you need. A stone's throw away from the beach & very close to a local mini market, bars, restaurants, & a little coffee shop. My only grumble is that there is no lift in the building but this is more than compensated for by the spectacular sea view!

Séjour décevant

Appartement vieillissant (mal). Pas du tout équipé pour des séjours de fin de saison : pas de chauffage, pas de couvertures supplémentaires. Propreté trÚs moyenne. Le couvre-lit de la chambre parentale nettement sale et la moquette de la chambre d'enfants complÚtement dégoûtante. Le sol n'était pas propre. L'équipement de la cuisine était correct et les sanitaires aussi. La terrasse et les chambres sont cÎté rue alors que la vue superbe sur l'océan et la salle de séjour sont de l'autre cÎté. L'accÚs à l'immeuble est dans une rue étroite dépourvue de trottoirs, assez fréquentée notamment par des bus se qui rend la sortie assez dangereuse avec de jeunes enfants.

LĂ€genheten har ett helt fantastskt lĂ€ge, pĂ„ klipporna över stranden i Albuferia. NĂ€r jan anlĂ€nder börjar det hela med att lĂ„set till lĂ€genheten Ă€e sĂ„ dĂ„ligt att det tog mig 45 min att komma in. VĂ€l inne sĂ„ kĂ€nns lukten. Det Ă€r som om.nĂ„gon hĂ€llt ut hundra liter öl över golven, ja sĂ„ luktar det. Men upp med alla dörrar och fönster, bort med draperierna. Det Ă€r först dĂ„ man upptĂ€cker att lĂ€genheten Ă€r ingrodd av slit och alla dammrĂ„ttor i Albuferia förefaller ha sitt ursprung hĂ€r. Letar dammsugare men det finns sĂ„klart inte. En gammaldags kvast som man möjligen kan röra runt dammet med. I slaskhinken under diskhon i ”köket” har föregĂ„ende hyresgĂ€stens sopor lĂ€mnats kvar som nĂ„got slags arv. Arvet itgörs dessutom av fördgĂ„ende gĂ€sts brödsmulor över alla köksbĂ€nkarna. Men som om det har bebotts av fyra femĂ„ringar... ni vet hur dom skivar en fralla...mmm. De bĂ„da futonsofforna i vardagsrummet har nĂ„t slags överkast över sig som Ă€r sĂ„ skitiga att man inte vill sĂ€tta sig i dom. SĂ„ löver till toaletten, jo handfatet förefaller vara avtorkat men i den ”skrubb” dĂ€r toan Ă€r placerad stinker det piss! VÀÀÀllldigt Ă€ckligt! Och sen nĂ€sta överraskning. SĂ„Ă„ sjukt, nĂ€r man ska stĂ€lla upp toalocket sĂ„ gĂ„t det inte att fĂ€lla upp det mer Ă€n till sextio procent. Toans vattencistern Ă€r felplacerad och Ă€r ivĂ€gen för ett uppfĂ€llt dasslock. SĂ„ nĂ€r man krĂ„nglat sug in sittandes pĂ„ toan sĂ„ har man dasslocket pĂ„ ryggen.... Behöver jag ens sĂ€ga att alla handdukar hade mĂ€rkliga gulbruna flĂ€ckar...

Plenty of room with an amazing view!! Plenty of kitchen essentials were available (toaster, microwave, coffee maker). Street parking was a challenge at night but not terrible. The bathroom could use a little updating. Great value in my opinion.
