You'll have the entire condo to yourself and will only share it with other guests in your party.

Albufeira with a view!

Fully furnished 95 m2 apartment with air conditioning and large terrace overlooking the sea and the old town. It consists of 2 bedrooms, including a master suite with a complete private bathroom and a second bedroom with access to another bathroom. Large wardrobes in the 2 bedrooms and 1 safe in the suite's wardrobe. A spacious living room with a very comfortable sofa, kitchen open to the living room and fully equipped (fridge and freezer, dishwasher, dishwasher, oven, ceramic hob, extractor hood, microwave, coffee machine, electric coffee maker, kettle, electric juicer), satellite TV reception (Portuguese, French and other channels) and free WIFI throughout the apartment. There are also two hairdryers (one in each of the bathrooms), washing machine, clothesline, steam iron and ironing board.
It is possible to book secure parking in the basement of the building, subject to availability and extra payment (low cost).
Shared pool and garden in the residence and fenced. Two sun loungers are available for the pool.
Terrace with table and chairs and a privileged view of the sea and the city.
Beach 5 minutes walk. There is no need for a car, all shops, restaurants and bars are nearby. Food store next door, the mall with CONTINENTE is also very close. If you like it every day, there is a market with fresh products (fruits, vegetables, fish, ...).
Bed and bath towels are provided and beds are made on arrival.
The nearest airport is FARO, 29 km away. A taxi can easily drop you off at the apartment. Ask me for his contact details, I will communicate them to you. Lina will welcome you to give you the keys and show you around the apartment. You can ask her any question.
If you come by car, you can easily park on the street.
Many parks in the region: marine zoo, Splash, water park, etc.

Maria was so responsive and helpful. She went out of her way to help my daughter and I to have the best possible stay in Albuferia. My only regret is that we couldn’t stay longer. Perfect holiday place!

Our family of 4 loved Maria Teresa's apartment. There was plenty of space and we found everything we needed. The view from the balcony is breathtaking... There is no need for a car as it is walkable distance to shops, restaurants, bars and the town. It's a steep climb back up to the apartment but the view is worth it! We used Uber to travel further afield, which was reasonably priced.Beach and pool stuff is all provided. Albufeira is a fantastic spot. We will be back!

Close to the beach

It is as advertised. Clean. Quaint. Gorgeous views. Large balcony. 10 min walk to the beach, restaurants, and night life. The sound from the night life drifts up to the apartment so that is something to consider when booking. It did not keep us awake. Host is easy to contact. Check in and check out process is easy. Thank you for a great stay

Beautiful view

This is a great little condo. It is very comfortable and the view from the balcony is stunning! The beds are very firm and the pillows were not the best, but everything else was really great. Host was very amenable and communicative. Definitely recommend!

Had a great time

We stayed at this property at the beginning of March, so not the busy season. The host was very responsive and helpful. The arrival instructions seemed confusing when received but were spot on once we got there. The balcony and view were amazing. We had a few issues during our stay but, again, the host was very responsive and did everything she could to fix it immediately. If you plan on having someone use the pull out sofa I would tell her ahead of time so the blinds are there.

Quick visit to Albufeira

Property is as described, walk up 2nd story apartment, clean and spacious with Beautiful views of the city and ocean. Host was extremely helpful and responsive, check in was easy and after parking our car in the garage we walked to the beach and restaurants, which were all easily accessible on foot. Our family of 5, had a great time here on our 3 day stay. Thank you Maria Teresa.

Balcony has fantastic view!

Maria was a wonderful host. Her place was super clean and she was very responsive and helpful! The apartment is very spacious and updated nicely. It has the most AMAZING from the balcony. We would highly recommend this place and will stay there when we come back to Albuferia!

Fabulous apartment

We have just arrived home from a fabulous stay in Albufeira. The apartment is very clean and well equipped. Our lovely host Maria Teresa was extremely helpful right from my queries when booking the apartment. The view is amazing and the pool area is very well kept and a relaxing area to chill. Our teenage daughter and her friend also loved Albufeira and the lovely apartment. We would definitely stay here again.

The host was lovely and welcoming. She replied quickly to any questions/messages and took time to explain about the apartment. The view was beautiful and the location was ideal - a (very) short walk to beach and a wide range of restaurants. Nice location to explore Algarve East and West without changing hotels every night

Maria Teresa was so welcoming. She accommodated a last minute request to come a day early. She met us at the door and explained all the details of the apartment. The bowl with fresh Algarve oranges and breakfast rolls were delicious. We were in Algarve several days and the location was perfect to explore the sites we wanted to see without packing our bags and relocating each night. The ability to do laundry was a plus. The only down side was the noise from night clubs most of the night. By keeping the windows closed and A/C on we could block most of the noise. It would have been nice to enjoy the ocean breeze at night without the noise.

Great host and great apartment!

Maria was a very gracious and helpful host! She met us upon arrival to give us all the information we needed for our stay. The apartment was well appointed with 2-bedrooms, 2 showers and a simply beautiful view of the town and sea from the large balcony. Maria even provided some “welcome treats” for us including coffee, chocolate candy, a bottle of wine and some milk. We also had private parking under the apartment, which was nice and safe. Maria was very easy to communicate with and we really appreciated her quick response to our questions! I would recommend this apartment 100%!!!! Thank you Maria for being a great host!!!
