"Friendly staff, great breakfast buffet, lots of free parking.. close to good restaurants and shopping"

"The property was beautiful. I felt like I was staying at a friend's home. I loved my room. Very nice quiet residential area."

"The breakfast was cheap. Staff is very nice. The property is a liability claim waiting to happen: random hole in parking lot, blinding lights on driveway, open construction site, water logged plastic tents, and piles of garbage."
