"The bedding is dirty, there are stains on it, other people's hair, hair in the bathroom! The rooms are not cleaned properly. There are COCKROACHES in the rooms! The manager is constantly absent from work, it is impossible to contact him."

"The Holiday Inn Express in Hinton is an incredible hotel. The building is new and everything is in great condition. More importantly. The staff is on par with places like The Ritz-Carlton. Their attentiveness, professionalism and politeness isn’t something that you expect at normal hotels. If I could give 6/5 stars I would. "

"Bed was a little too soft for us. But still comfy. Room layout was a little odd. Living room (where tv is) has a bed. But it doesn’t face the tv. The kitchen was appreciated and stocked with all essential dishes and cooking utensils. Appreciated that it was dog friendly. Even with the $20/night added fee. We stayed 3 nights. Felt an extra $60 was a bit excessive for having a clean, quiet dog. But it was nice to have the option for her to join us. Area is quiet but expect to be woken up early by the other guests who work early. They are very loud! Overall would stay here again"

"The woman who checked me in was pleasant and the room was clean and nice. The woman who checked me out in the morning on the other hand: completely rude and unprofessional. She was also the one who put the breakfast out and at 8:30 (it’s from 8:00am-9:00am) myself and my son, and another French couple came to eat and they had a couple sausages, completely watered down coffee and a completely empty water cooler. There was barely any milk for my sons cereal and I ended up giving the sausage to the French couple that I had grabbed for us because there was a boiled egg and three sausages left after they came in (there were 5 to begin with I took one for each of us) so I offered it to them. Over all wasn’t an awful stay but that woman in the morning needs a serious chat from management about how she behaves when on shift alone. "

"Everything is perfect at that hotel except for the breakfast. It is the most basic and dry breakfast you can have. Migh mt as well say they don't offer breakfast."

"The so called heated pool was cold . The hot tub was in opperable . Although they provide a decent breakfast there really is now where to eat in the hotel . Staff was nice ."
