"Everyone there is so helpful and sweet. It was so convenient being able to do everything we needed. Breakfast was good and drinks were always fresh. I can't rave enough about all the staff! They're amazing! Would definitely stay again."

"Decent rate and adequate lodging. I'd stay there again except Clinton Iowa has a BO problem."

"Sad to say it was run down and in bad shape. Window broken, just taped.Holes in the wall.Crack in the bottom of the bathtub, didn't even want to take a bath or shower, also dirty. Carpet stained and there as a musty smell. The only time you got staff you had to dial 0 on the desk phone."

"Minimal amenities but clean and quiet."

"The smoke was unbearable and my room smelled like smoke even though it was non-smoking"

"Loved the jetted tub...This was the first time I ever experienced one!!! I made certain almost daily I was inside! Staff was courteous and helpful. Quiet, spacious. Solo traveler."

"We were greeted with friendly and very helpful staff from the minute we walked in the doors. We would recommend staying at this place, and we will stay here again in the future."

"dog friendly, restaurant convenient and good. Ideal for traveling with a dog. No need to leave the property for a one night stay."

Our room had peeling paint, and areas of the ceiling that had clearly been patched were already peeling again. The stand holding the microwave and refrigerator was also broken. The pool area wasn’t much better. There was a hose running into the pool, and the hot tub was out of service with construction materials covering it. It was certainly not the relaxing environment you’d...

"Would not recommend. No warm water in shower at evening. (7.30pm) It was lukewarm if you have some positive imagination.. morning even worse.. just pure cold water from sink. Pressure in shower was very poor too. Basically just dripping cold water. Nothing enjoyable in November after whole day driving. Bed was very short, I slept with my ankles hanging from bed (I’m barely 5.10”). And as highlight there was train horns blowing sporadically thru the night. Room was clean."
