"We booked this property for it’s proximity to the Ironman Oregon 70.3 venue. The location is less than a block from Riverfront City Park. Once we parked the car in the dedicated, secured parking spot, we hardly moved the car for the next 3 days. Many great dining places are within easy walking distance. The water in the kitchen has a bit of rust, but the adjacent bathroom the water was better, which we used.The beds were comfortable, the shower ok. No way to control the heat… needs window upgrades, holes in floors patched.The Vrbo app horribly difficult and frustrating, that definitely needs addressing."
