Located on the mezzanine floor with a balcony equipped with a washbasin, a living room / kitchen with a double sofa bed, a bedroom, a bathroom and a comfortable veranda. Ample free parking in front of the building and personal rack for parking two bikes. A few minutes to reach the beach, even the central areas with shops, evening markets and countless entertainment venues. Nearby is also the municipal children's area: playground for children and relaxation area with lawn where you can do physical activity in peace as well as enjoy theatrical performances that often take place on the permanent stage attached to the park on summer evenings.
