Villa Rouss is a lovely 3-bedroom villa located just a few minutes' walk from the centre of Cala'n Porter. This popular urbanisation offers a good variety of shops and restaurants within easy reach. The famous Cova d'en Xoroi is also nearby and the beautiful fine sand beach is a short distance from the villa.

The maximum capacity of the villa is 5 people and it has air conditioning in the bedrooms and free WiFi. It consists of 3 double bedrooms, one of them with a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with a bathtub, the other two double bedrooms with single beds share a bathroom with a shower.
