A beautiful semi-detached villa with unbeatable views of the beach of Son Bou. Villa Lucia has been renovated, The villa has a large common area with living room with TV and air-conditioning, equipped kitchen, laundry room with washing machine and a bathroom. On the ground floor there are three double bedrooms and a shared bathroom. The pool is communal with another house, the terrace is conveniently equipped with outdoor furniture, sun beds and umbrellas so that they can enjoy the tranquility offered by the surroundings and beautiful sunsets. Only about 500 meters. is the first shopping center, the approximate distance to the beach is about 800 meters
Is the actual commercial heart, offering a wide range of established restaurants, bars and shops. Son Bou is also the only gateway to the resorts beautiful wide beach, a superb beach, with fine white sand, which stretches for 3 km, linking with the neighbouring resort of Santo Tomas. It’s a spectacular beach which suits everyone, it has its popular areas with sun beds, umbrellas and beach activities to rent out, beach bars to view the beach life and in the evening, for watching romantic sunsets, the red cross station helps make you feel cared for and as a reminder that Son Bou is also a protected nature park there is an area behind the beach which is home for a variety of wild life, including ducks. For those who like to be closer to nature there are quieter spots within a ten minute walk for “naturalists”. This is a beach which due to its dimensions, always offers an agreeable sensation of space no matter how many bathers there are.
he guest agrees to maintain the accommodation in good condition, and will be charged for any damage resulting from negligence. Guests must behave in a civilized manner, and noise must be kept to a minimum after 22.00hrs.
Smoking inside the accommodation is strictly prohibited.
Animals are allowed only in exceptional circumstances, and always with prior written consent from the company and upon payment of an additional deposit.
Rubbish bags must not be left inside the accommodation, or in communal areas. They should be deposited in the containers provided on the roadsides. Menorcarentals reserve the right to apply additional cleaning fees if this rule is not adhered to.
In the case of loss of the accommodation keys, the guest will be charged for the replacement of the lock.
Children must be supervised by an adult at all times, particularly where the accommodation has a swimming pool. In the event that the aforementioned conditions are not fulfilled, Menorcarentals reserve the right to enter and inspect the property, and if necessary ask the guest to vacate with no right to be compensated for any remaining nights of stay or to make any further claims.
DIRECTIONS FROM THE AIRPORT TO OUR RECEPTION
-As you leave the airport, follow the signs for Mao-Mahon. You will come to a roundabout with a pyramid sculpture in the middle. Take the second exit at this roundabout, signposted Ciutadella.
-Continue along this road until you come to another roundabout, which you should go straight over.
-You will go down a hill to another roundabout. At this roundabout you should turn left (second exit), joining the main road (Me-1) towards Ciutadella. Please take care at this junction.
-Continue along this road for approximately 7km (ignoring two turn-off signs for Alaior), until you see an exit for Son Bou/San Jaime on the right. Take this exit.
-At the bottom of this slip road you will come to a roundabout. Turn left, going under the main road, and take the 3rd exit towards Son Bou/San Jaime/Torre Soli Nou.
-Continue along this road for a further 6km until you reach the resort. You will pass through a short stone tunnel, before coming to a roundabout. Continue straight on at this roundabout.
-After approximately 1km, take the 4th road on the left into `Calle Bellamirada´.
-On arrival you will need to register and collect your keys at the Menorca Rentals RECEPTION on the ground floor.
