Located in the charming Alaró valley, at the foot of the Serra de Tramuntana, Villa Can Domingo is a cozy stone house that combines tranquility, comfort, and natural surroundings. Ideal for those seeking to disconnect, enjoy the outdoors, and feel in complete harmony with nature.

The property features a private pool surrounded by sun loungers, a children's area, and a ping-pong table, perfect for spending the day under the sun. On the terrace, you can enjoy pleasant outdoor dinners with views of the valley, in a quiet atmosphere interrupted only by the singing of birds.

The house has capacity for 8 people, distributed in 5 rooms (three with double beds and two with single beds) and 4 bathrooms. Comfort is guaranteed throughout the year thanks to air conditioning, fans, and central heating.

Alaró is an excellent starting point for hiking enthusiasts, with routes that lead to the Alaró Castle, the picturesque village of Orient, and other points of interest such as Valldemossa and Deià. Additionally, the beaches of Palma and nearby coves are easily accessible by car.

The spacious parking lot and its privileged location make Villa Can Domingo an ideal option for a relaxing vacation in the midst of nature.

Amazing spacious villa with a fabulous pool - we particularly loved the variety of places to sit outside, with both shady and sunny options at all times of the day and loads of loungers. It’s a great place for young kids, with a number of toys and books available - although note that the play area (swing etc) shown in the pictures isn’t in the best condition. But all in all we had a brilliant stay and would recommend.

Een familiehuis waar overduidelijk veel jaren liefde in zit. Het is wat oud, maar zeer goed onderhouden en een perfect verblijf met kleine kinderen die op het terras rond het huis uitgebreid maar veilig kunnen rondkruipen en ontdekken. Het contact verliep zeer goed, de familie deed hun best om het ons zo comfortabel mogelijk te maken en reageerde meteen en adequaat bij vragen. Het zwembad wordt dagelijks schoongemaakt. Op een paar minuten rijden twee dorpjes waar je boodschappen kunt doen en wat terrasjes.

La maison est très grande et très agréable. Les multiples terrasses et la piscine sont vraiment appreciables et sont un réel plus ! l'emplacement est cependant un peu loin du centre de Palma mais le trajet reste faisable avec une voiture !! La communication avec l'hôte sur place est parfaite ! Nous reviendrons sans problème et conseillons la maison !

Ländliche Finca

Großzügige Finca mit 5 geräumigen Schlafzimmern. Eines davon mit Bad. 2 Weitere Bäder vorhanden sowie ein Außenbad beim Pool. Im Obergeschoss, das über eine offene Treppe vom Wohnzimmer aus erreichbar ist, sind noch 2 Schlafmöglichkeiten mit Zugang zur oberen Terrasse. Dort hat man einen wunderbaren Überblick über die Umgebung. Durch die umlaufenden Fenster staut sich die Wärme. Küche gut ausgerüstet. Insgesamt ist die gesamte Einrichtung allerding schon sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Der Außenbereich ist das Highlight mit Grill und ausreichend großem Tisch für bis zu 12 Personen sowie weiteren Liegen und Sonnenschirmen. Der Pool ist gut angelegt, könnte besonders in der heißen Jahreszeit allerdings etwas öfter gereinigt und auf Wasserqualität überprüft werden. Die Hängematten laden zum Ausruhen im Schatten unter den großen Bäumen ein. Der Spielbereich für die Kinder ist leider schon sehr abgenutzt und da er den ganzen Tag in der Sonne nicht beschattet ist kaum nutzbar. Da wäre eine Runderneuerung mit schattenspendender Überdachung sehr wünschenswert. Die Betreuung durch und die Kommunikation mit Christian war sehr gut, auch in Deutsch möglich. Er hat immer umgehend geantwortet. Soweit es ihn seiner Verantwortung lag hat er unsere Bitten umgesetzt.
