"I had the best time in San Francisco and it was definitely because of the hotel staff. They were very accommodating to me questions (thank you Ellen) and even helped me with my second day so I could go do the things I wanted before I went home, and were so incredibly kind and helpful! "I had a room with bay views and it was not disclosed ahead of time by the hotel or Expedia that there are party boats on the weekend at the pier across, and they play very loud music at night. I called the hotel front desk staff and they said the loud music goes on until 11:00 pm on Saturday nights and there is nothing they can do about it. It was hard to relax and fall asleep. I would not stay there again. I am disappointed. "
