"I chose this house for my family stay because it was close to my son’s wedding venue in Berkeley & also allowed gatherings. It was great for my son’s new in-laws to join us for an introductory dinner. The deck was great and the kitchen was well-equipped. We appreciated the renovated bathrooms and sweet touches like the bottle of wine and the way the paper goods and towels were folded in cheery bows. "We were so pleased with this gem of a property. It was very new, safe and clean. The beds were very comfortable and there were plenty of areas to lounge and relax. Our family of 4 really enjoyed having their own rooms and restrooms. The neighborhood was safe and convenient to nearby attractions. "Overall the place was nice and a convenient place to stay. There were several things that needed repairs, which will hopefully be done soon. There were also some convenient items that were missing, such as hand soap, laundry detergent, and tp and pt. We had to buy these items, which I think should be part of the price you pay."

"This is a great spot to stay in Lafayette, our family was there for graduation. Loved having a kitchen. Parking was easy. Proximity to Lafayette, Moraga, Orinda 👍 the place is not lavishly decorated… but provides a good option vs a hotel."
