"Great spot conventionally by the airport. The area felt safe and there were a ton of dining places near us."

"Habitación limpia."

"Buen estacionamiento."

"Desafortunadamente es un área nueva para tener tantos inconvenientes, ojalá puedan ayudar a los viajeros dando a conocer la información clara y fidedigna. 1º El estacionamiento se paga por aparte $100 x día. 2º La cama rechinaba y tenía huecos, 3º La regadera tenía hongos de humedad, el shampoo y jabones tenía olor a rancios, 4º El ruido de los alrededores, no deja descansar."

"Just need to leave more towels in the doble beds rooms 🙄"

"The experience was excellent!"

"Breakfast buffet was very good"

"Todo bien"

"Honestly this property was SUPERB. 9/10 The cleanest hotel Iv stayed in. Everything from the carpeting, bathroom appliances, furniture. SO clean so new feeling it was immaculate! The staff was SOOO nice from the second we arrived. Not even steps from the front door luggage assistance was offered, valet and bellman were fabulous , check in process was easy, bar and restaurant on property was superb. the Only downside why 9/10 instead of 10/10 was that it is directly in the heart of TJ night...

"one of the elevators wasnt working so everyone in the hotel was waiting for the elevator forever. the staff were rude (but so was I... I didnt say "please" and "how are you?"). the in-room desk was topped glass so my laptop mouse didnt work. I had to work in the lobby which has a lot of mini desks and seating so not too much of an issue except for plugs/noise."

"Great place to stay. It was very safe and clean. Love the amenities"
