"The Liwa staff are friendly, helpful and professional. The lobby and rooms are very clean. The kitchenette had an oven, microwave, fridge and washing machine, all very clean and in good working order. Although the furniture is a little old, it's clean and comfortable. The bed was also very clean and comfortable. The bathroom was also very clean and the shower was very good. Room service was excellent. The Liwa is very close to Abu Dhabi Mall, so it's very convenient. Thank you."

"I did very late check in Mr Nadeem at the reception very helpful in the process and quickly got my key. The only drawback in the hotel was the parking facility…. it was mentioned that they have self parking facility but you have to give for them to park."
