The stay in the room was a bad experience
We woke up to constant construction noise and trucks beeping (moving in reverse), every morning. That was a very bad experience and made us wake up early including the kids.
In addition the bed had bed bugs - we got bitten multiple times. Even after we reported this to house keeping it wasnt resolved.
This made our vacation much less enjoyable, not sleeping well and waking up scratchy and with a lot of noise.
In addition - coffee cups (black mugs) - we made coffee and took down to the breakfast room, and no matter how many times we asked they wouldn't put new mugs in the room
Shower shampoo and soap ran out and wasnt refilled
Some of the pool staff weren't very fluent in English and got our food order wrong a couple of times."
