"It is a not bad choice, I picked it randomly. They lack for the management, over crowded for no reason, entrance lobby is tiny compared to number of rooms they have. The hotel desperately needs renovation."

"Very old, dirty and noisy hotel in a very poor islamic area. I've been in quiete some hotels as I'm 61 years young but this hotel IS A NO GO!!!! 6 GUESTS IN 1 ROOM DOING BUSINESS 24/7 Don't get any sleep, old worn out beds, rusty bathtubs, insects DO I NEED TO GO ON?"

"First of all, checkinn was 2 pm. But we had to wait till 3pm because the room was not ready. No sorry nothing. The reception lady and the manager on duty didn't even greet properly. None of the days we were there. Imagine it's a small hotel and you have to past them every day. They just look at you. The sink had a blockage, so the water didn't flow and there was a smell in the bathroom. No separation between toilet and bath so the whole bathroom was full with water. "The hotel was perfect for me and my 2 kids; the service was amazing - from the warm welcome from Frank when we arrived to help from others throughout our stay, nothing was too much travel. The hotel is also conveniently located with a regular shuttle to Dubai Mall & plenty of taxis. It is a very busy hotel though so breakfast and reception were swarming with people! Will definitely come back here"

"I stayed for 5 days and the experience was amazing. From valet FREE parking to easy access to public transportation. Staffing was great from arriving to the hotel to all amenities it has to offer. All other bad reviews of the elevators and everything else did not have no relevance to my stat. Everything was fine and up to par. The pool has one of the best views in the whole Dubai in general. I have recommended this to friends and family. Will definitely stay here again. Transportation is walkable as the train station is about a 3 min walk. Close to the museum as well. Amazing experience "
