"Check in was a disaster, the staff seemed to not know what was going on. I waited an hour and 15 minutes for an airport shuttle. The chair in the room was broken and they said they’d send one up but never did. The bathtub was in poor shape and the bathroom floor was dirty. There was caution tape all over and wet floor signs everywhere. The elevator was terrifying and slow. The breakfast bar was removed over an hour early. There was no place to hold bags prior to check in. The restaurant was closed. This used to be my favorite hotel in Tampa but I’ll definitely be looking elsewhere next time. "

"I was only there for two days. The in room coffeemaker was very good. But the breakfast food in Gabriella’s(house restaurant)was quite pricey. But there is always doordash. I fedu ted a star because there is a wifi charge of $15/day unless you download the app, another username, another password and account. Marriot thinks this is ok, but I don’t."
