"Worst hotel I have ever been to. Checked into my first room which wasn’t the cleanest, but had no working shower. They offered to give us a room to shower in and said maintenance would be there the next morning. We were out until 10pm came back and still had no working shower. When we inquired we were told that there was no ticket and after sending more messages through text we were told that he did not show up and were moved to a different room which had no working toilet, we had to fill the ice bucket with water to flush. No one came. There were bugs in the bed (not bed bugs) and I woke up with bites on my arm and forehead. Horrible experience. "
