There is a ring doorbell on the front door that monitors and records video as well as cameras on the front of the home and front of the garage.

**Please note that there is work being done on the exterior of the home from December-March during the week 9am-5pm. Workers can be visible from the ground level (kitchen and dining area) given the layout of the property. Workers vehicles will also be parking in the driveway at this time.**

This home is monitored by neighbors and staff who notify us instantly if a party or event takes place. If an unauthorized gathering happens, your reservation will be terminated on the spot and you’ll be required to vacate immediately without a refund (this includes no refunds on any unused nights). Any cleanup related to a party or `gathering` no matter the size will also incur additional cleaning fees and labor/material fees for any damages that were caused.

🤫 Keep noise to a minimum outside. We have decibel readers that track noise levels outside (these do not record conversations). We have had noise complaints from neighbors and have a $500 fine for excessive noise levels between 10pm-8am
