I'm sure all the guests are pleased with the quality of food and the services. The view from the room and the dinning area are wonderful. We could see the top of Mt. Fuji from the restaurant! I love the big public bath on 29th floor. This hotel is our home hotel for sure when we are in Tokyo. There is also a convenient non-stop transportation bus service from the hotel to Haneda International Airport with a reasonable price. When you have multiple luggages, it really helps not to take trains to get there."
