"Everything about this hotel was really good — the distance from Masjid al-Haram, the cleanliness, the security — everything was great. The only problem we had was with the bathroom. There was a drainage issue, and water kept coming up and flooding the shower. Also, they hadn’t noticed that the shampoo and soap had run out, which was inconvenient because I was already wet and ready to shower when I realized there was no shampoo or body wash."

Close walk to Umrah door of haram and plenty of shopping and restaurants in between. Clean and comfortable and roomy rooms. Have water and tea and coffee in rooms and plenty of towels. Breakfast was also plentiful. Tons of options, including an omelet station."
