The only thing you need to stop you make people pay breakfast online and when we go to the hotel, the hotel say we did not pay when I was to the front desk. Three people have the same problem so that is not fair

Comfortable and spacious.

It was a good stay. Had issues with towels though. Only one bath towel for 3 adults. Had to phone, go down to reception and ask the cleaners before we were given 3 towels.

While lobby of the hotel is really clean and smells good and having decent proximity to Haram for the price (~15 mins walk), the toilet is very dirty. You can tell no thorough cleaning is done in the toilet for the longest time. The rugs smell and you can visibly see sentiment of dirts in every corner of the toilet despite the black tiles!!!!!

Staff too horible not professional Spend 7 nights and rooms too noisy my children could not get proper sleep even many times complain but staff looks not want to do any help for their guest what eva issue u have.
