"Great location. Awesome views from the balcony overlooking the waterfront. Stain on the couch not so good. Customer service not that great, staff not that friendly or welcoming."

"The staff were efficient and friendly. My room was nice and clean, although it wasn't fancy and in need of a face lift, like myself. It was very comfortable and quiet on the top floor so slept like a baby. My 2nd visit at the Madison Plaza and i would stay there again when visiting my son as it's in a perfect location to get around with the 50 cent bus fares, also priced well if you're just looking for somewhere clean to place your head down at night."
