"We highly recommend this hotel for a weekend staycation. Very convenient place, it is close to the Healthcare City Metro Station, Wafi Mall and Creek Park. The staff are amazing, breakfast is great & the room is clean, spacious & comfortable and we’ve tried the calming sauna as well. Special thanks to Kristine for giving us the room at the high floor facing the creek and park - the view is spectacular and for the late check out. Thanks to Chef Diane, Ngu Wah & the whole breakfast team for their excellent customer service. To the Nysa Reception team: Tharaka, Susmitha, Cindy & most specially to Abigail for showing us the amenities at 2nd floor. Last but not least, thanks to the housekeeping team during our stay. "We have stayed at Shangri-La Dubai multiple times, and it continues to exceed our expectations with every visit. It has truly become our home away from home, and we wouldn’t consider staying anywhere else when visiting Dubai. The staff are simply exceptional. Every team member is warm, welcoming, and genuinely committed to making your stay as enjoyable as possible. They went above and beyond to make my husband’s birthday incredibly special, with thoughtful touches that made the celebration unforgettable. Nothing is ever too much trouble, and you can tell they genuinely care about their guests. The hotel itself is immaculate, with every area maintained to the highest standard. Our room was beautifully presented, spotlessly clean, and the bedding was exceptionally comfortable, ensuring a perfect night’s sleep every night. It’s this consistent level of outstanding service, attention to detail, and welcoming atmosphere that keeps us coming back. Returning to Shangri-La Dubai feels like coming home, and we look forward to creating many more wonderful memories here in the years to come. We couldn’t recommend this hotel highly enough."
