"After a terrible experience checking in(they thought that an ocean view room was a view of the boat harbour & shopping centre?!) we were eventually “upgraded” to a view of the ocean….hotel was in a good position & a little dated, but ok….paid massive price for “resort fee” & used their pool once….bit sad that they do this as in all other countries you get to use their pool for the price of the room! "

"Great location in Waikiki with magnificent views from an oceanfront room. Great entertainment daily from balcony. Staff was very accommodating and helpful. Maids were very friendly and great at their job. Room furniture needed updating but was nice size. Microwave would have been nice!"

"Amazing time and place w our family. Only thing that was not 100 percent was the “ocean view” we paid up for. We could see a sliver of the ocean… so be careful if you think “ocean view” is going to give you that. Other than this, the trip was amazing."

"Overall everything was great. I gave it a 4 because we paid for the week of parking and 3/5 days they oversold the parking so we had to park and pay at the zoo. Also bigger vehicles not a good idea as we couldn’t park one of our vehicles here at all due to height. We know for next time to get a smaller car too. But we paid for 5 days of parking and 3/5 days ended up paying somewhere else for parking. Property also didn’t fill our soaps and towels fully each time so we had to ask for...

From the moment we drove down that palm tree-lined road and stepped into the walled off courtyard, we knew we had picked the right place for our get-away.
