"Let's just say, I will definitely return. Clean, design like, minimal hotel. Private access to one of the best beaches in the South. Staff are friendly and the place feels homely. Easy access to local beach bars, restaurants, the train station, etc. Walk, tuk tuk, book a car via the hotel. "Cute little homestay. The dog sounds like it is the biggest meanest dog ever... he is not. He is small, cute and really wants to be chased around the house. The rooms are perfect, AC, Bathrooms are nice with hot showers and a fridge. Breakfast was delicious and filling. Location is great, the town is super noisy and busy, this place is about 200 meters from the busy busy road. 5 minute walk to the beach. Definitely recommended."

"Where to start, these guys cancelled our entire booking because we were late for check in leaving us stuck in a monsoon with our 3 month old infant. When we finally got into the property the next day, a solid hardwood curtain rod fell on my partners head who was holding our kid. Very luckily only she was hurt. The restaurant was basically not working. The bar was shut. I get that its the off season but say this in your booking profile. When we decided to leave after 1 night to head to Unawatuna...

It is a newly refurbished Hotel, and although simple in style, it is a very unique place, located on a wonderful site which overlooks the ocean, and has a spectacular view from the restaurant while dining.
