"very quiet and comfortable rooms. The pools are great and very nice for kids. I recommend for families. Closed to crash boat beach, las cascadas de Aguadillla and many others places."

"The hotel overall experience was great this is my third time visiting and unfortunately the service at the restaurant was kind of tricky first night ask for one dinner plate when the bill came they charged for two meals that I didn’t ask when I told the waitress she said the only thing she could do was prepare the meal and wait for it for next day we were at the pool aks for some nachos and she came with a bucket an beers and argued my husband ask for it which wasn’t true the las t straw was when I ask for a plantain soup 🍲 had and she came with a tiny cup and wanted to charged for the big size I was really angry and no one from the front desk was willing to resolved the issue overall just be careful when visiting the restaurant the rest was pretty good"

"We really enjoyed this rinconcito of Puerto Rico! The property is beautiful, relaxing, and a great place to unwind. One opportunity for improvement would be the window and door coverings. The glass windows and doors provide plenty of natural light, but the two fabric curtain panels are not wide enough to fully cover them, which limits privacy—especially since some rooms face the pools, outdoor seating areas, and walkways. The pools could also benefit from more frequent maintenance. Keeping them in top condition would make the overall guest experience even more enjoyable and allow visitors to fully appreciate this beautiful opportunity for improvement would be the window and door coverings.
