Te Moana presents a beautiful swimming pool straight off the back entertaining deck a perfect place to wind down after a day out, entertainment for the kids and a great spot for a summer bbq.
This stunningly furnished four bedroom property with modern facilities provides all convenient amenities.
Sleeping up to 10 people (maximum of 8 adults only) . Extras must be children under 18 years.

- Beautiful under cover entertaining deck with bbq with outlook upon the stunning glass fenced swimming pool.
- Lounge room provides comfortable lounge suite, massive wall mounted tv and air conditioning plus a 2nd lounge seating area.
- Stunning white streamline kitchen with large electric oven, gas stove top , dishwasher and large family fridge/freezer

- Master bedroom with Queen bed and linen, air conditioning, large ensuite with deep free standing bath & walk in robe
- 2nd and 3rd bedroom also provides Queen beds and linen
- 4th bedroom is set up for the kids with 1 single bed, set of bunks plus an extra floor mattress. All with linen.

- Main bathroom with shower, deep bath plus toilet powder room.
- Ceiling fans throughout
- Full laundry with front load washer and dryer

- Outdoor parking provided plus room to bring the boat ( garage not available)

- Linen supplied just bring the beach/pool towels
