"I was extremely, extremely disappointed when I arrived to discover they had overbooked and I was transferred to another hotel by them miles away and much bigger than I had ever wished for on this special trip for my 70th birthday and it was a most unhappy ending to my special trip. Other than a gaggle of very loud guests (about 20) who spent two hours outside our room (from about 6am to 8am) taking photos of the view for Insta, I couldn’t fault it. "Vista privilegiada, si buscas tranquilidad este es el lugar ya que está alejado del centro de las fiestas. Personal súper agradable, servicio las 24 horas en el "front desk". Muy buen desayuno. Creo que el establecimiento debe prestarle un poco de atención a la limpieza y detalles del cuarto, ejemplo el "hot tub" no funcionaba a capacidad, solo era una tina de agua caliente. Las sábanas y toallas estaban limpias pero los colchones estaban manchados. "
