The hotel staff was phenomenal, I can’t express how sad we were to leave because we felt like we got to see and talk to them a lot and became quite close. Everyone was so friendly and sweet and helpful. Loved how close the bus stop was and easy it was to get to the town and back. "Vencia is a small hotel that is close to old town but set aside enough to make it a more quiet stay. The setting and overall condition of the hotel is great. Staff and service throughout were excellent. The room is spacious and in good condition with some unique and less desirable aspects. We are not fans of the design where doors to toilet are frosted glass (decreasing privacy) and the sink is in the main part of the sleeping area (and drain water can sometimes smell). Perhaps this design was...
