"Very late check in, pleasantly welcomed and shown fast to our room which was immaculate. Quite a few bugs but it is summer and I’m sure it couldn’t be helped but a comfy bed and good value for money. The building itself is beautiful and the pool looked great. We would return "

"This property is closed for bookings. This is despite Expedia letting us book it for a stay in April as part of a package. The rating is more to do with Expedia and the fact that we were unable to reach this property or get any help from Expedia in trying to find out the status of our late arrival request We were therefore left stranded with no accommodation when we arrived in Agia Pelagia "

"Agapi Beach Resort was wonderful for the entire duration of my stay. The staff was accommodating and friendly. Food was fantastic and fresh at every meal and restaurant. The beach is clean and there were always enough chairs for everyone. Property was clean and updated. Events were fun and inclusive, but certain events can not be reserved in the app. Staff members can get you signed up, so speak to one of them if you would like to attend a posted event. "9 days B&B Breakfast good with lots of choice. Paid for evening meal once but not worth it so wouldn’t suggest all inclusive. Good beach with lots of free beds & umbrella’s. Pool beds always reserved early so never got to use it but beach good anyway. Beach bungalow could do with updating but was cleaned daily and fresh bedding. Complimentary drinks in room, fridge, storage. Resort clean and tidy. Would recommend."

"This is an extraordinary boutique hotel. Our room was luxurious with a very large balcony with large table and hot tub. Very nice view as well. Staff was welcoming, informative, and answered all questions well. Breakfast was delicious and substantial. Although a little bit out of the historic downtown area of Iraklion, that district was a very walkable distance away. We enjoyed being in the less touristy part of the city and enjoying the local restaurants and shops frequented by residents....

"General is good, thx"

"The front desk staff are very friendly and helps. The bar service guy are also good too. Love the wine."

"Beautiful hotel and comfortable bed We were just there one night to sleep and it was super comfortable Parking was a little harder to figure out and limited space The location is very close to The ferry and we rented a car It would have been easier maybe if we got a short taxi ride over or maybe walked and picked up our car the next day But overall very happy with the accommodations"

"Highly recommended ."
