"Hissi mennyt rikki asiakkaat sisällä. Poertsari päästi ulkopuolinen asiakas jonka tunkeutui asiakkaiten kesken hissiin jonka ollut yli täysi ja pysähtyi matkalla kerrosten välissä yli 10min. Hotellissa ei ollut peittoja eikä lakanoita piti soittaa henkilökunnalle joka vastasi että on niin kuuma ja ei tarvitse lakanoita. Kumma! Wc.ssa ovi ei mene kiinni.
