"Great place. As billed. Food was meh. Onsen was fantastic. If you’re a guy, you get access to a big barrel sauna. If you’re a gal, you’re out of luck—their culture, their rules. Nice place though. Great rooms, any amenities you can imagine available for use—robes, slippers, air purifiers, humidifiers, even little bitty crocs for kids. Good location, short stroll to Kozenji Temple. Overall I’d recommend it."

"Súper relajante "

"A real honor to be able to experience this ryokan ! The room had a private Onsen which was already full and ready for us to use when we arrived. Everything was clean and comfortable The food and breakfast also very delicious So lucky we got to stay here during our trip and we experienced Narai Juku before all tourists came to sight see . Certainly a highlight"

"This was the perfect reward for reaching Tsumago after hiking from Magome on the Nakasendo. Nestled deep among tall trees, this property felt like a hidden sanctuary with its open air onsen, welcoming staff, and superb dining. Amin was exceptionally helpful during our dinner and the front desk went above and beyond to help us navigate an alternate path back to Tokyo after we found out all trains out of Nagiso were cancelled due to rain. We were looking for a room with meals, but left feeling...

"Fairly big room by Japanese standards, Very nice bath. Well situated close to the train station."

"本当は教えたくない。ビュッフェの食事とお酒が充実。静かな佇まいで穴場。ホテルが続いてほしいから教えるけど本当は教えたくない。"

"別になし"

"For what I paid, it was good value. The bathroom was a bit small and hard to bath in if you are used to North American size bathrooms."

"The Inn is about a 15 minute walk from Narai station. It is located in a former elementary school which gives it a nice look and feel. The lounge area is a nice place the sit and relax. Keep in mind that after 15:30 it is no longer possible to order coffee. For diner they serve 2 sorts of pizza, margeritha and quatro formaggi. There are not a lot of options to eat in Narai so either being your own instant noodles or reserve ahead. The personel is very friendly and helpfull. The rooms are a...

"Interesting stay. Had fun lighting the fire and cooking our food over it."

"早朝、宿舎の前の湖を散歩するのが、最高。"

"Near train station so convenient"

"建物は2階建てでエレベーターがないが、事前に確認していたので特段問題なし。施設は全体的に古さは否めないが、清掃は行き届いている。わりと早めにチェックインしたので玄関前の駐車場に停められたが、台数はそれほど多くはないので遅くなると別の駐車場になるようだ。男性用の大浴場はそこそこの広さで朝夕使ったが、女性用は狭かったそうで妻は朝は部屋風呂にしていた。 何しろ割安だったので、全体的には納得。機会があればまた利用したい。"

"The wonderful staff!"

"Everything was very clean and the staff were helpful in checking me in. I let them know in advance I would be late and they guided me. It was also useful to have a convenience store nearby."
