"First, the staff was amazing. I want to stress that point. Super friendly and helpful with all of the issues we had. The property itself on the other hand was not amazing. Our first day we had to have the air conditioning unit fixed (it never really worked right). The following day we had to have the shower door fixed because it would not stay closed. Even after it being fixed, it would still slide partway open occasionally. We also had to have a replacement USB port put in because one was...

"Excellent breakfast with hot options. We were initially given a room that had another occupant, but the front desk staff caught it and went ahead to check the room before we went in, and we were given another room. Crisis averted. The new room looked like it was in the process of being finished in the renovations - it was clean, but many details were not complete. Pool is small. Overall, we would stay again."

"There were dead bugs on the bed"

"Our room was a disappointment. It was clean and spacious but the black out shade was rolled up and laying on top of the air conditioner. Unusable! The bathroom sink drained as a trickle. The night clerk woke us up at 11:45 pm with a phone call to ask if we had checked in! How ridiculous. How would we have gotten room keys, etc. Ruined my husband's night of sleep after a long day traveling."

"The check in took a little time as she had to leave and see if the room was clean. When I got to the room, there was a dirty bowl in the sink but the room was clean."

"車でしか行けないですが、ホテルの室内は広くて清潔感があり、最高でした。 周辺のショッピングモールやレストランも内容が良くてここだけで様々な用件満たせます！"

"The room was clean and served its purpose; however, the hotel itself is very outdated. Unfortunately, the biggest disappointment was the customer service at the front desk. The staff member who checked us in was rude and seemed unwilling to answer our questions. When we asked about extending our stay for one additional night, we were told she was too busy to assist us and that we needed to make another reservation online. We found this response unprofessional and unhelpful. Another major...

"I have stayed here many times over the years and it was much better. This time the room was dusty/dirty, the bedding was wet, like it skipped the dryer and went right on the bed. There was no way to adjust the temperature. The ice machine was broke. We checked in late in the evening and had to try to communicate through a glass window with the ice machine humming loudly right next to us. Not a good experience. I won't even mention the XXX girls sign at the business next door."
