The service was fantastic and Alex spoke perfect English and was so kind and helpful that we ended up staying long in Rothenberg than originally planned. Best thing is the amazing complimentary breakfast. Everything you could ask for and more. Went with my family, including a 2.5yo and had a blast. He also loved the horse statue out in front and the horse theme throughout the hotel. "
