Der Aufenthalt im Kurhotel Pyramide war ein Erlebnis. Freundliches, hilfsbereites und fachkundiges Personal am Empfang. Mit einem wunderschönen fränkischen Dialekt. Das Zimmer war sauber, wie es sich gehört. Der Service im Speisesaal ist genial. Extra Tischdeko für Geburtstage usw. Service Personal immer "griffbereit". Der Aufenthalt im Kurhotel Pyramide war ein Erlebnis.

Personal super freundlich, Sauberkeit wird groß geschrieben, Ambiente lässt für mich keine Gemütlichkeit aufkommen, in der Bar super Cocktails aber es lädt nicht zum bleiben ein. Trotzdem eine Reise wert, der Bademantelgang in die Therme ist unschlagbar!!

Alle sehr nett,,sehr sehr Kinderfreundlich. Zimmerdamen nett,freundlich und sofort Hilfsbereit. Die Damen und Herren an der Rezeption,sind sehr aufmerksam,Da fühlt man sich wohl,man wird persönlich angesprochen mit Namen. Das Frühstück super,Kaffee steht sofort am Tisch. Einfach toll. Das beste der Durchgang vom Hotel ,zur Therme. Einfach toll. 5 Sterne von mir.

Gut: Parkplatz im Übernachtungspreis mit inbegriffen, freundliches Personal. Schlecht: Dicke Staubschicht auf dem Schrank. Nachttisch aus Sperrholz mit abbröselnden Stellen. Bademäntel kosten extra. Uralter Radiowecker und sehr kleiner Fernseher. Frühstück okay aber kein Lachs oder Räucherfisch, den man bei 4 Sternen in dieser Preisklasse schon erwarten darf. Fazit: knapp 180 Euro für 2 Personen ÜF sind für die gebotene Leistung viel zu teuer, wenn man mit anderen Hotels vergleicht.

Was mir nicht gefallen hat, ist, dass so viele Zusatzkosten noch kamen wie z.B. 10 Euro für 2 Bademaentel ausleihen.Das müsste in so einem Hotel inbegriffen sein.

Das Kurhotel Pyramide ist ein Hotel welches man guten Gewissens weiterempfehlen kann. Schöne saubere und ruhige Zimmer mit schönem Bad. Das Personal ist in allen Bereichen sehr nett. Praktisch ist der Bademantelzugang zur Therme. Das Frühstück ist gut und mit allem was das Frühstücksherz so begehrt. Nur das Abendessen hat das ganze etwas getrübt.

Bei einem 4 Sterne hotel erwarte ich etwas mehr. Handtücher hatten keine Hänger, keine pflegeprodukte im Bad, wenn extra mit dem badelmantelgang für Wellnessbereich, sauna geworben vom Hotel wird erwarte ich auch einen bademantel ohne Zusatzkosten! Die Abendmahlzeit war das geld nicht wert!

So ein freundliches Personal in allen Bereichen habe ich noch nirgends erlebt. Die Begrüßung an der Rezeption war schon so herzlich, dass man sich vorkam als käme man nach Hause. Frühstück richtig, richtig gut, reichlich und vielfältig. Das Essensangebot am Abendbuffet entsprach nach meinem Geschmack leider nicht einem 4*Hotel. Toll war der Bademantelgang in die Therme. Ich war zwar das 1.Mal aber mit Sicherheit nicht das letzte Mal in diesem Hotel
