"The rooms are not overly clean- lots of dust. The tv in the room is horrible. It would not respond to the remote easily - very delayed. Also you can’t connect your device to the tv like other hotels to stream. You have to pay for movies - old school and limited and faulty as wouldn’t always play the movie. Had to call reception to have Maintence come up. Even then it struggled to work. The Mayfair reception staff didn’t even know the in room iPad could book a taxi. As we booked one for advance and it hadn’t been actioned. The prices of the rooms is over priced in my view for the quality and amenities provided. The breakfast was average. Waffles were always out of stock at the buffet and not refilled. "

"Good value for money which is why I moved there. Fulfilled all expectations. The hotel looked as though it had been very recently refurbished. It is a little further away from the attractions in North Terrace."

"Room was lovely & clean, also nice & quiet & comfy bed. It was close to restaurants & shops as we needed for our stay. The Spa was lovely & warm as well as very relaxing. The pool was a little too cool though. Breakfast was delicious too. "
