"We had a fantastic stay overall. The apartment was a good size, and the kitchen was well equipped with all the appliances we needed. The beds were very comfortable, and the lovely balcony was a great addition. The only issues we experienced were with the air conditioning. The bedroom unit seemed to bring in an unpleasant sewage-like smell whenever it was switched on, which unfortunately continued throughout our stay. The living room air-conditioning unit also started leaking at one point, but this was dealt with and fixed immediately. The reception staff were all extremely friendly, helpful and responsive whenever we needed anything. Despite the minor issues with the air conditioning, we really enjoyed our stay and would happily recommend the apartment."

"We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Hyatt Ziva Jardín Tropical. What stood out most was the exceptional service — every member of staff we met was warm, friendly, attentive, and genuinely made us feel welcome. The hotel and grounds are beautiful, the atmosphere is relaxing, and the location in Tenerife is fantastic. Everything exceeded our expectations, from the facilities and cleanliness to the food and overall experience. A truly memorable holiday, and we would happily return and recommend it to friends and family!"

"We had an amazing holiday at Alua soul. Brilliant entertainment night and day, shoutout to Marco who was great fun! Room was lovely, very spacious and modern. 2 minute walk from beach and from a great supermarket. Food was very good and it changed every day. We went to Siam park, there is a free shuttle bus which takes 10 minutes, the bus stop is a 6 minute walk from hotel. Would highly recommend and definitely come back!"
